I haven’t made tuna patties for years, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how my kids were going to respond. I was afraid they would say, “Gross!”
But that’s not what happened. They loved them, lapped them up, and the only criticism I received was, “You should have made bigger ones.” They want me to make them again. Since they are quick and cheap, I’m sure that will happen.
RECIPE
2 cans of tuna
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
2 tablespoons onions (I chopped up a couple of green onions.)
Shape into patties and fry on both sides until brown. Warm up the rest of the mushroom soup to use as gravy for the patties.

I make these sometimes too and love them. Haven’t tried them with the soup tho – I’ll have to remember that for next time!
I am not a mother i am an 11 year old girl, soon to be 12, however i love baking with my mum and when we decided to make patties together i knew that this was the recipe to use, it’s quick and simple and easy to use. AND VERYYYYYY DELICOUS!!! but i love any type of fish really!!
I’m so glad you like it, Emily! My family loves tuna and so this is a fav’.
