I signed up for the newsletter, but haven’t received the free eBook yet.
ANSWER
Before you get the free eBook, you will need to confirm your subscription for the newsletter. You will receive and email with a link to click that allows you to do this. After you have confirmed your subscription, you will receive a second email containing the link to the free eBook.
If you haven’t yet received these emails, check your spam box to see if they landed there. Move them to your Inbox to signal to your ISP that they are not spam. Add the newsletter email address to your friend’s list.
There is sometimes a small delay before these emails arrive.
QUESTION
I got the email containing the link to the eBook, but I can’t get to it. What do I do?
ANSWER
After you have confirmed your email subscription, you will receive a follow up email with instructions to download your free eBook.
QUESTION
I want to receive blog updates via email delivery. How do I do that?
ANSWER
When you sign up to receive the free eBook, you are automatically added to the blog update list. You’ll receive a blog update whenever there are three new posts in the blog. You will also periodically receive some newsletters with unique, exclusive content.
